‘Nage Mallige’: Non-stop Humor Festival

The Sthree Sakthi Mahila Prathishtana is organizing a state level non-stop humor festival ‘Nage Mallige’ on Saturday, 4th April starting 2 p.m.

The event will comprise of five sections - humorous poems, limericks, skits, humorous dances and jokes.

Prof. C.P. Krishna Kumar, retired professor of Kannada, University of Mysore, will inaugurate the Festival at Shri Shivarathri Rajendra Bhavan, J.S.S. hospital campus, Mysore. Shri S.K. Harihareshwara, Editor of ‘America Kannada’ and Kannada Rajyotsava Awardee will be the chief guest.

Prof. B.N. CHANDRIAH, Prof. M.V.VARADARAJAN, Prof. S.K.ANANDATHIRTHA, B.R.SRIHARI, Dr. H.B.RAJASEKHAR, Dr. M.P.MANJAPPA SHETTY, Prof. M.KRISHNE GOWDA, HARIKRISHNA, VIKRAM KAVALI, Dr. JAYALAKSHMI SITHAPURA, CHANDRASEKHARA KUKKEKATTI, MIMICRY KUMAR, KUSUMA RAMA RAO, S.ANASUYA, SHANTHA NAGARAJ and B.R.NAGARATHNA among other well-known people will distribute “comic cakes” in the “laughing lawns”.

Prathishtana President Mangala Satyan will preside over.
