referred to as "MysoreSamachar.com") is owned and operated by The Samachar
English Daily, Mysore, India (hereinafter referred to as "Samachar").
Any references herein to MysoreSamachar.com shall be deemed to refer
to MysoreSamachar.com and/or Samachar, as applicable under the circumstances.
By accessing any areas of MysoreSamachar.com, users ("Users") agree
to be legally bound and to abide by the terms set forth below. This
Agreement is for an indefinite term. Either party can terminate for
any reason at any time.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
User expressly agrees that use of MysoreSamachar.com is at User's sole
risk. Neither MysoreSamachar.com, nor its affiliates, nor any of its
officers, directors, or employees, agents, third-party content providers
("Providers"), merchants ("Merchants"), sponsors ("Sponsors"), licensers
("Licensers"), or the like, warrant that MysoreSamachar.com will be
uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the

Fees & Payments
When you are subscribing to any of the paid services of the Site, your
subscription must be fully paid before you are provided full access
to those portions of the Site - MysoreSamachar.com.
You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your
User name and password, including applicable taxes and communications
or access charges, at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred.
The list of current fees will be displayed on the registration form
for the relevant pages. MysoreSamachar.com may change subscription rates
in the normal course of business. In that case, you will be notified
of the new rates (if any) prior to the end of your subscription term.

We may also contract with market-research firm(s) to conduct occasional

Access to the site
MysoreSamachar.com shall have no liability to you for any interruption
or delay in access to the Site irrespective of the cause.
Indian Law
The Agreement will be governed by Indian Law. The courts at Mysore in
the state of Karnataka, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over
any disputes arising under this agreement.
Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify MysoreSamachar.com and Samachar from all
damages, liabilities, costs, charges and expenses, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, which MysoreSamachar.com, Samachar, their affiliates,
employees, and authorized representatives may incur as a result of either:
(i) the User's breach of this Agreement; or (ii) material entered into
MysoreSamachar.com with the use of the User's screen name or password.
MysoreSamachar.com reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense
and control of any such matter for which the User has agreed to indemnify
MysoreSamachar.com and Samachar all costs and damages incurred in such
defense or control.
General
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties
relating to MysoreSamachar.com and supersedes any and all other agreements,
oral or in writing, with respect to MysoreSamachar.com. The failure
of MysoreSamachar.com to insist upon strict compliance with any term
of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver with regard to
any subsequent failure to comply with such term or provision. This Agreement
is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights or obligations
to anyone. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable
under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full
force and effect. This Agreement, your rights and obligations, and all
actions contemplated by this Agreement shall be governed by the international
laws.
